Each project or service engagement is confirmed in writing. The cancellation terms in that agreement apply.
To cancel or pause an engagement, notify the relevant business in writing as soon as possible, quoting the project reference.
Work completed, materials ordered or commitments made before cancellation are addressed as set out in the agreement for that project.
A project consultation request submitted through this website can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
